'Vettes at Auction - Six Sold for $464k
The Worldwide Group sold six Corvettes for a total of $463,800 at its Houston Classic auction on May 3, with the high sale going to a 1969 L89 coupe at $115,500. View the complete results here.

Featured Corvette - 1971 454/425 ZR2 Coupe
John Gunnell takes a look at a War Bonnet Yellow ZR2 that sold for $357,500 at Barrett-Jackson's Scottsdale event in January, 2008. "The LT-1 returned in 1971, but for a few brave souls who wanted to go even faster and do even more serious racing, there was a new 'ZR2 Special Purpose LS6 Engine Package.' This was basically the ZR1 with the LS6 big-block V8. It was only available for one year and just 12 cars were built, and as enthusiasts say, there's no replacement for displacement." |

Raffle for the Corvette Forum Cruise In at the National Corvette Museum
CM is raffling a free room at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Bowling Green, Kentucky, for the National Corvette Museum's Corvette Forum Cruise In set for May 22-24. In addition to a free three-night stay, the National Corvette Museum is giving the winner media credentials, which grant access to the museum and most of the events.
